Miami Beach, FL - Famed beagle Snoopy the Dog, who partnered with Girls Gone Wild founder Joseph Francis to release Bitches Gone Wild Doggy Style was hit with a lawsuit by a former bitch.

Frosty Harvey, a 2-year old Greyhound, claims the once beloved Peanuts character laced her doggy treats with an illegal substance. Ms. Harvey further alleges that Snoopy used her addiction to 'force' her into lude and un-canine behavior, even though she was under the age of three.

The accusations come on the heels of a DEA investigation into Snoopy's involvement in prostitution, drug pushing, poodle peddling and the involvement of cats in other projects while filming in Panama City.

"Snoopy, did solicit, lure, entice, pant, lick and butt-sniff Ms. Harvey, behind the shelter of his celebrity status." said John DeSino, Frosty's Attorney. "However, nothing compares with the way he defiled the bitch's good name.

"Through offers of illegal narcotics such as Ecstasy, Coke and of course the laced doggy treats, Frosty Harvey, removed her collar and exposed her breasts for the purpose of use in a Bitches Gone Wild film or production." said Desino.

Snoopy claims that even prior to the lawsuit, he had severed his ties with Francis because of the lack of dogs of any breed in his Girls Gone Wild series.

For the infamous beagle this is not his first run-in with the law. In November of 1997, Snoopy spent 8 months fending off domestic violence charges from his long time companion Woodstock. Snoopy agreed to a misdemeanor assault charge and was let off without time served.

In December of 1999, Snoopy was taken away in handcuffs from a Millenium New-Year bash after Garfield was found outside of his South Beach mansion overdosed on Lasagna and Heroin.

"Snoopy, can not continue to hide behind his celebrity status." said DeSino. "Celebrity dogs are not above the law and it will be a matter of time before we get individuals like Snoopy behind a Kennel, or at least shipped to Korea for food."
